MAN IN TEES — Return & Refund Policy

At Man In Tees, every product is made on-demand just for you. Because of this, we follow a strict but fair return policy based on our production partner’s guidelines. Please read the following carefully.
1. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost.
Eligibility
You must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product.
Please provide:

A clear photo of the issue

The order number
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement.
2. Items Lost in Transit
If your order is not delivered and is confirmed lost by the carrier:

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Approved claims will be replaced free of charge.
3. Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, the order will be returned to our production facility.
In such cases:

Reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We will contact you to obtain the corrected address before reshipping.
Man In Tees is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
4. Unclaimed Shipments
Orders not collected from the local carrier and returned:

Can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Unclaimed returns may be donated or disposed of after 30 days and are not refundable.
5. Returns By Customer (Change of Mind / Wrong Size / Buyer’s Remorse)
Because each item is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size
-
Preference changes
Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering.
If you wish to exchange a size, we can assist by creating a new order, but all costs will be borne by the customer.
6. Non-Returnable Items (For Hygiene or Legal Requirements)
The following items cannot be returned:

Face masks
-
Any sealed items that have been opened

Personalised or customised orders
All returned masks and hygiene-related items will be disposed of and not refunded.
7. EU Consumer Notice
For EU customers, products that are:

Made to order or personalised, or
-
Sealed goods unsuitable for return once opened
are not eligible for withdrawal rights, per Articles 16(c) and 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
